Established in 1998, Tolosa Winery is one of the pioneering wineries in the Edna Valley, nestled in the San Luis Obispo Coast. This location is a frontier for the most complex cool-climate varietals in California. Tolosa produces regional appellation wines and vineyard-designated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from critically acclaimed coastal vineyards in California.

Stretching from just south of San Francisco to Santa Barbara, the San Luis Obispo Coast AVA of California captures the magical combination of cooler coastal temperatures and an incredible assortment of complex soils and varied topography.  Utilizing grapes from smaller growers throughout the Central Coast, winemaker Frederic Delivert handcrafts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that showcase their coastal influence while highlighting their varietal character.
